GO WITH IT FARM’S ANNUAL HALLOWEEN FUNDRAISER

Barn Show registration

This is an ALL DAY event!  Check-In Table opens at 10:30AM.​

● With your registration, your rider will join in three fun competition classes: Egg & Spoon, Ride-a-Buck, and Relay Races.  Parents also receive entry into the Mom’s Wine Glass & Dad’s Beer Mug Challenge. 

Any level rider can participate!

● Deadline to Register: Thursday, 11/7 at 5PM via Sign Up Genius;

● Entry Fee:  $125 Leasing Student (includes Costume Class) / $175 Non-Leasing Student; Billed via Pike (our normal billing system) on evening of Thursday, 11/7; Refunds will not be issued once billed.

COSTUME CLASS:

● Costume Class begins at 12:30. Plan to arrive ahead of time to dress up your horse and be ready.

● Non-Leasing Students can get in on the fun!  BID HERE on your favorite Dress Me Up horse in our online auction.  Bidding opens on Saturday, 10/26 at 8AM and starts at $25.

BAREBACK PUISSANCE:

● Available only to students with experience jumping bareback.  Not sure? Ask your trainer!

● Entry Fee: $75 (paid day of at check-in table); Register via Sign Up Genius; Estimated 7PM Start

BARN SLEEPOVER:

● ​​Riders aged 10+ are invited to join us for a sleepover in the hay loft! 

o Spooky games are often played in the dark. We rely on your parental judgment as to whether your rider is ready. If your child asks you to pick them up before Sunday AM, please notify Halliea (404-538-5113) before removing them.

o Send your rider with whatever they need to be comfortable for the night - sleeping bags, air mattress, tent, flash light, etc.

● Entry Fee: $25 (paid day of at check-in table); Register via Sign Up Genius; Estimated 8PM Start

● Pick-up is at 8AM on Sunday - bring breakfast! We’ll be doing morning chores.

Meals:

Meal Times: Lunch - approx 11:30 AM (prior to Costume Class); Dinner - approx 5:00 PM

● Advance Meal Ticket: $25/head (paid day of at check-in table); Register via Sign Up Genius

● Advance Meal Ticket Includes: Pizza Lunch (2 slices), BBQ/Potluck Dinner, 3 Non-Alcoholic Drinks

● Advance Meal Ticket Does NOT Include: Snack Concessions/Alcoholic Beverages

● Alcoholic Beverages: $5/ticket for a variety of drink options

● Meals can still be purchased individually during the event at single item prices: Pizza: $2/slice; Dinner: $30/Head

OTHER FUN ACTIVITIES:
