THE LOW DOWN

Who does this affect?

  • Committed Riders - you will need to sign a new agreement

  • Package Riders - you will be required to join our monthly billing program or pay for lessons ad hoc

How much?

Routine Rider 1x week $295/month - OR - Routine Rider 2x week $575/month.

What’s changed?

  • Makeup lessons ONLY offered on certain days per month – if you can’t make a regularly scheduled lesson, get in on the makeup day, no more struggling with trying to make scheduling changes – yay!!

  • No more overage costs for months with extra lesson days, yay!!

  • Easier to pause and resume plan (intent to pause/cancel notice must be given by the 20th of the month prior) - no more fees to pause and resume, yay!!

  • WEEKS OF NO LESSONS: Nov 20, Dec 25, Jan 1, April 1, May 27 (don’t worry it all works out because no more overage costs for longer months)

What stayed the same?

  • Our amazing instructors and incredible horses!!

  • Our no show/late cancel policy – we will hold your spot just for YOU, so we need 24 hours’ notice if you can’t make a lesson or it will count as one of your Routine Rider allotted lessons (ie-not eligible for the makeup day)
